Inside Powerhouse: From $4M to $12M Using Claude + a Real VA

I'm Amy!

I’m a real estate agent and online educator who believes women already hold an unfair advantage, and I’m passionate about helping them build generational wealth through real estate.

hey there

This week’s Powerhouse meeting started the way all of them do. Wins of the week in the chat. Coffee. End-of-school-year chaos in the background. Ninety-four agents on the call. And then this week’s teaching member — an agent I have personally watched scale from $4M to $12M in a single year, without a team, without burning out, while still working a part-time job outside of real estate — walked us through exactly how she did it.

What she shared is too good to keep inside one Zoom room. Her framework belongs to you, because that is the entire point of Powerhouse. So let me walk you through it.

What actually happens inside a Powerhouse mastermind?

Every Tuesday morning, 94+ female solo agents from across the country log in to the same Zoom room. Powerhouse is now over 800 agents inside eXp Realty. We have grown a lot — and the room still feels like a kitchen table.

Here is what came across the wins channel just this week:

  • A Powerhouse agent got her first Tik Tok lead under contract this week. She had only started posting after re-watching another member’s training in our recorded library.
  • A different agent shared a $900K buyer she pulled in from Instagram.
  • One walked us through a viral video that pulled in over 30 emails and connected her with three lenders.
  • Another shared a $1.2M cash buyer from a Goldie Club lead.
  • One shared two closings and two buyers under contract in one week — $1.3M in total volume.
  • Another saved a deal she thought was dead when her buyer ghosted on a disclosure right before a backup offer was about to take it.
  • One shared a reel that pulled in 600 new local followers off one piece of content.
  • Another shared an Instagram post that hit 50,000+ views in 48 hours.

That is one Tuesday. That is not a quarter. That is one Tuesday.

This is the part most agents do not understand about why Powerhouse exists. You can have all the AI tools in the world. You can subscribe to every coaching program. But if you are not in a room where other women like you are sharing what is actually working this week, you are guessing.

What did this week’s teaching member actually share?

Her opening line is the one I cannot stop thinking about: AI didn’t make me smarter. It just took some of the mental weight off so I could think clearly.

She runs a three-layer system in her business and she did not build it overnight. She built it one piece at a time.

Layer one — AI does the drafting. All of her captions. All of her blog posts. All of her Substack entries. All of her email follow-ups. She uses Claude (she switched over from ChatGPT and stuck with Claude because it actually held her voice). She has separate Claude projects for her brand voice, her Substack writer, her monthly email writer, her social and blog content, her real estate assistants, and a few personal ones too. Nothing overlaps. Nothing crosses streams.

Layer two — a real human VA does the posting and the executing. AI drafts. The VA distributes. She posts everything across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Google Business pages. She handles the lifestyle account that runs alongside the main real estate account. She uploads blogs to the website with SEO and backlinks. She designs graphics. The VA is not optional. The VA is paid $10 an hour and is a non-negotiable line item.

Layer three — the agent does the relationships and the judgment calls. Every single client response. Every single comment that needs a human. Every showing. Every offer conversation. That part does not get outsourced. Ever.

She kept saying the same line: AI didn’t make my business less personal. It just gave me the space to make it more personal. And you could feel the room exhale.

How did she actually build a voice profile that sounds like her?

This is the part she was most excited to share, and it is the part that made me grin. She built her brand voice profile inside Claude using my “Hired.” guide.

If you do not know “Hired.” yet — it is the Canva-built playbook I launched that walks an agent through training Claude to be her virtual assistant. Voice locking, project setup, 61 prompts across listings, buyers, closings, social, open houses, follow-up, and your website. She used it. She told the room: I am not an affiliate. Buy it. It was worth every penny.

That is the part that makes me both grateful and a little teary. She did not just consume the room. She implemented the room. And then she came back and taught it to 94 of her peers.

You can grab “Hired.” right here. It is the same product she built her stack on.

If you are sitting in front of Claude or ChatGPT right now and feeling like the output sounds like every other agent in your market — hop on a 15-min call with me and let’s talk about whether Powerhouse and “Hired.” together is the missing piece. I promise this conversation feels nothing like a sales call.

Why does this kind of teaching only happen inside Powerhouse?

I want to be honest with you about something. There are a hundred AI coaches on Instagram right now. There are countless real estate gurus selling AI courses. There are bigger Facebook groups and louder communities.

What is different about Powerhouse is not the AI knowledge. It is who is sharing the AI knowledge and how it gets shared.

Inside the room this week, one agent walked through a viral hook another had been running. Then this week’s teacher showed her own Claude project stack. Then we dissected two viral pieces of content live — one a “what does $800K buy you” reel, the other a property tour that hit 24,000 views on Instagram and stopped the scroll on Tik Tok. We talked about content as recipes — you would not throw ingredients in a bowl and call it cookies, so stop throwing random captions at the wall and calling it a content strategy.

Here is the truth. The agent who got 600 followers off one reel did not get there because she watched a YouTube tutorial. She got there because she watched another agent’s training inside the Powerhouse library, decided to take action, and then came back to the room to share what worked. And then the rest of the room got to hack it.

That is community. That is what 800+ women paying attention to each other every single week looks like. No team-building. No floor time. No old-school broker telling you “this is how we have always done it.” Just women who are tired of the script, doing the work, sharing the receipts.

What did Powerhouse members walk away with this week?

Here is the practical homework from this week’s teaching, if you want to start building this stack tonight:

  • Pick one AI tool. Just one. She picked Claude. The one you pick matters less than your willingness to stop bouncing between them.
  • Build a brand voice profile inside that tool. (If you want the shortcut, buy “Hired.”. It is the same guide she used.)
  • Build separate projects for each part of your business. Brand voice. Social content. Email writer. Blog writer. Real estate assistant. Do not mix them.
  • Decide on your content cadence based on actual buyer psychology — not “tip Tuesday.” Hers: Mondays and Tuesdays are educational, Wednesdays and Thursdays are lifestyle, Fridays are client testimonial, weekends are lifestyle.
  • Ask AI to generate 90 topics based on your cadence so you never sit in front of a blank screen again.
  • Hire a VA when your hourly rate justifies it. Pay her well. Treat her like the business partner she actually is.
  • Time-block your calendar like you mean it. Family days are set to “busy” so that Calendly cannot let anyone book over them.

She also said the line I want every single one of you to write down: If you try to fit family around your business, it will never happen. If you fit business around your family, you will always have enough business.

That is not a tagline. That is a CEO operating principle.

What I keep learning by sitting in this room

This is the part I find myself writing every week, because the longer I sit in this room with these women, the clearer these lessons get.

  • The room is the room. The single biggest reason an agent goes from $4M to $12M in a year is not a script or a tool. It is the proximity to other women already doing it.
  • Behave like a CEO, not a cog in the machine. Your time is not for your broker’s floor schedule. It is not for your team lead’s open house rotation. It is for the conversations only you can have and the systems that buy you back the rest.
  • Pick one thing and finish it. Every agent in this room has had the moment of trying to implement six things at once and finishing none of them. The agents who scale here are the ones who pick one — AI, a content cadence, a VA, a referral system — and run it to completion before reaching for the next.
  • AI is not your voice. AI amplifies your voice. Generic AI-generated captions are dilution. The work is in the voice profile, not the prompt.
  • You can have a $12M business and a four-and-under at home and Wednesdays free with your spouse who also has Wednesdays off. I have watched it happen, in real time, in this room.

How do you know if Powerhouse is the right room for you?

This is who Powerhouse is for: female solo agents producing $3M to $5M annually who want to scale to $10M without building a team. You feel a capacity ceiling. You are tired of grinding alone. You suspect there is a better operating model than what your current broker is selling you. You want to be in a room of women who get it.

This is who Powerhouse is not for: brand-new agents, team leaders running existing teams, top 1% producers who already have full ops. There are rooms for all of those agents. This is not one of them.

FAQ — What agents always ask before they Try Powerhouse on

Do I have to move my license to eXp to come to a Powerhouse meeting?

No. The 30-day Powerhouse Try-On is exactly that. You come into the room for 30 days, sit through the live Tuesday meetings, see the recorded library, watch how the teaching works, and decide from there. Most agents know in week two.

What if I already have a broker I like?

Then you are exactly the kind of agent who should look at the free “How to Hire a Broker” guide before you commit to another year. 20 questions that will tell you very fast whether the broker you like is actually serving your business at $3M+ — or whether you have outgrown them and are too polite to say it.

What does it actually cost to be at eXp?

Happy to walk you through the full structure on a Try-On call — it is transparent and there are no surprise fees buried in fine print. The bigger picture: there are 89,000+ agents at eXp globally, and Powerhouse is the specific community I lead inside it. 800+ female solo agents, weekly room, recorded library, the works.

Do I get to keep my brand if I move?

Yes. Your Instagram is your Instagram. Your website is your website. Your sphere is your sphere. eXp is a brokerage, not a brand cage.

Is Powerhouse just AI and tech stuff?

No. This week was AI. Last week was lead generation. Next week could be listing presentations or sphere marketing or how to navigate a low-inventory market. The teaching rotates with what is actually moving the needle this season.

What’s next?

If you read this week’s recap and thought I want to be in a room like that — the door is open right now.
